Services for your organisation

Training helps people use their software for everyday work tasks. It covers screen readers and magnification, dictation, reading and writing tools, mind mapping, workplace productivity and AI tools. Check the software we teach.

We also provide software consultation and set-up, website and internal-system accessibility audits, and disability awareness sessions. The scope and cost are set out in a written quote.

Training is available remotely across the UK, or on site by arrangement. For several learners, tell us their goals and the number of people involved so we can discuss a suitable format.

Arranging training

  1. Send the software names, the work tasks the learner wants to complete, preferred delivery arrangements and any recommended training hours. Tell us who should receive the quote.
  2. We provide a written quote, usually within two working days. Review the proposed training and costs. A free phone consultation is available if you would like to discuss requirements.
  3. Agree the sessions. We confirm the trainer and session arrangements before training begins. Training booked against an Access to Work grant needs the required funding approval.

Each software package has dedicated sessions: our standard booking is a three-hour half-day per package, and shorter sessions for an individual package are available on request.

What an accessibility audit provides

You receive a prioritised written report with step-by-step guidance. A call is available on request, and follow-up and retesting are agreed in your quote.

The agreed scope identifies what will be assessed. An audit is an expert assessment, not legal certification or a guarantee of compliance. Explore our accessibility audit service.

Sharing information

Please share training recommendations rather than a full medical or assessment report. Medical records and diagnoses are not needed to prepare a training quote. A quote does not confirm Access to Work eligibility or funding.
