Refer a colleague or client for training
Arrange practical assistive technology training around the person's work tasks. Employers, assessors and other referrers can request a written quote using the software recommendations and hours they already have.
What to include in your enquiry
Use your own contact details if you are arranging support for someone else. Share what you know; you can still enquire if some of the training details are undecided.
- The software names and the work tasks the learner wants to do more confidently.
- The recommended or approved training hours, if known, for each software package.
- The number of people who need training.
- Remote or on-site preference, the location if relevant, and preferred dates.
- Your role, organisation if relevant, and who should receive the quote.
Please leave out medical details and diagnoses. We need the training recommendations, not a full assessment report. Our privacy policy explains how enquiry information is handled.
What happens next
- Discuss the training. We use your enquiry to understand the software, goals and delivery requirements. A free phone consultation is available if you need to talk these through.
- Review the quote. We provide a written quote, usually within two working days, setting out the proposed training and costs.
- Arrange the sessions. Once the training and any required funding approval are agreed, confirm the session arrangements. Delivery is remote across the UK or on site by arrangement.
Each software package has its own dedicated sessions: our standard booking is a three-hour half-day per package, and shorter sessions for an individual package are available on request. Every training package includes two weeks of follow-up support.
Direct purchase or Access to Work?
An employer is arranging support
Request a quote for the training needed. If your purchasing team needs company details, supplier forms or insurance information, see our supplier information for purchasing teams.

Access to Work is involved
Include the recommended or approved hours if you have them. A quote does not confirm funding: training must be approved by Access to Work if the learner plans to use their grant.

An anonymised client example
Training around a real working day
A procurement officer had Fusion and Dragon installed but needed help using them alongside their workload. Five one-to-one sessions focused on their contracts, inbox and everyday systems.
The client developed a repeatable way to read, dictate and move between systems. At the end of the training, they reported feeling independent in their role again.
