When you send an enquiry, we use the details you provide to respond to you and, if requested, to prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (or performing a contract where you book services) and, for enquiries on behalf of an employer or organisation, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Please do not include medical records or a clinical diagnosis in the contact form: if you have an Access to Work or workplace assessment, the recommended software and training hours are all we need to prepare a quote. Website form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree.
