Training for one colleague or several
You can enquire as a line manager, HR contact, referrer or learner. Tell us who the training is for and which work tasks they want to do more confidently. If several colleagues need support, include the number of learners so we can discuss a suitable format.
- One-to-one assistive technology training: practical sessions in screen readers and magnification, Dragon dictation, workplace productivity and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, and assistive technology for dyslexia and ADHD.
- Software consultation and set-up: advice on selecting, configuring and tailoring assistive software around your organisation's systems.
- Website and internal system audits: manual accessibility audits to identify barriers in public websites, intranets and workplace tools.

From enquiry to practical training
- Tell us what is needed. Share the software, work tasks, number of learners and preferred dates. Recommended hours are useful if you have an assessment; please leave out medical details.
- Review a written quote. We set out the proposed training and costs, usually within two working days. You can request a free phone consultation if you are unsure where to start.
- Practise everyday tasks. Sessions take place remotely across the UK or on site by arrangement, with two weeks of follow-up support included in every training package.
Session options
Each software package has its own dedicated training sessions: our standard booking is a three-hour half-day per package, and shorter sessions for an individual package are available on request. If funding specifies particular hours, include them in your enquiry so the quote can reflect the recommendation.

Training around a real working day
A procurement officer had Fusion and Dragon installed but needed help using them alongside their workload. Five one-to-one sessions focused on their contracts, inbox and everyday systems.
The client developed a repeatable way to read, dictate and move between systems. At the end of the training, they reported feeling independent in their role again.
