Workplace accessibility support for employers
When a disabled colleague joins your team — or an existing colleague's needs change — you have a legal duty under the Equality Act 2010 to make reasonable adjustments, and Access to Work reform means government increasingly expects employers to carry more of that responsibility directly. Getting it right quickly is cheaper, kinder and better for retention than getting it wrong slowly.
What we do for employers
We help you understand what a colleague needs, set up the right assistive technology, and train them to use it well — screen readers, magnification, speech recognition, and the productivity tools around them. We support your team too, with practical disability awareness sessions and our "The Blind Truth" talks, delivered by Aj Ahmed, a blind assistive technology specialist and former Paralympic captain. And if your internal systems are the barrier, we audit them.
How engagements usually run
A free consultation to understand the situation. A clear proposal — one-to-one training, team sessions, audit work, or a mix — with remote delivery across the UK and on-site by arrangement. Two weeks of follow-up support included with every training package.
