AI Copilots & Automation

Practical training in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini and Power Automate — focusing on clear prompts, checking outputs and following your organisation's data policies.

Practical AI workflows for everyday work

AI tools can reduce the effort of starting a blank page, summarising long email threads or structuring meeting notes — particularly for dyslexic, ADHD and visually impaired users. Because features vary between consumer accounts and workplace licences, we tailor training to the exact account and tools approved for your role.

Each software package is taught in its own dedicated session (our standard booking is a three-hour half-day per package, and shorter sessions for an individual package are available on request), delivered remotely across the UK or on site by arrangement, with two weeks of follow-up support included with every training package.
