Text Prediction & Autocorrect

Practical training in Global AutoCorrect, Lightkey and Grammarly — helping you configure autocorrect, word prediction and proofreading tools around your everyday writing.

Tailoring writing support to your vocabulary

Autocorrect and text prediction tools work best when they know the names, acronyms and technical terms you use at work, and when unwanted replacements are removed. In training we customise your personal dictionary, set up text-expansion shortcuts or snippets where your tool and plan support them, and configure proofreading checks so they support your flow.

Each software package is taught in its own dedicated session (our standard booking is a three-hour half-day per package, and shorter sessions for an individual package are available on request), delivered remotely across the UK or on site by arrangement, with two weeks of follow-up support included with every training package.
